  • Pricing is based on distance, product type, and vehicle size.
  • Payment must be made as per the agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to cancellation charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Liability

  • We take every possible measure to maintain the right temperature during transit.
  • However, we are not liable for damages or spoilage caused by factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, traffic delays, etc.).
  • Customers must ensure proper packaging and labeling of their frozen goods.
